House of MonÉsa carries a name with meaning. Mon from Amon, Ésa from Esaete. Two co-founders. One shared vision. Amon Ahimbisibwe has always loved African fashion. When he migrated to work in the UK, he carried African brands with him and watched them stop people in their tracks. That moment confirmed what they both already knew: African fashion belongs on the world stage.
Esaete Christine, known as Tina, is co-founder and the creative heart of House of MonÉsa. A woman Amon has known for over 12 years, Tina has the eye. A gifted creative with a deep instinct for colour, fabric, and the way a garment should feel on a woman's body. Together and bound by a spiritual connection that goes beyond business, they built something neither could have created alone.
Our fabrics are sourced from Uganda, Kenya and West Africa. Zara fabric combined with African print textiles, luxury and heritage woven into every thread. Each piece is crafted with intention: soft enough to move with you, bold enough to speak for you.
The Easy on Her Collection embodies the power and elegance of a woman. With a soft touch of Zara fabric paired with vibrant African culture prints, it is soft, it is tender and afro to the bits. Easy on Her echoes power, elegance, authenticity and identity.
"Easy On Her. Elegant On You."
